20MCC

20 MCC is a Division of 20 Microns Limited called 20 Microns Construction Chemicals. The first product of this Division is Micronsil 30C, which is a sealer that with its small molecular structure, penetrates deep into the concrete slab. A reaction occurs between the lime and excess Portland cement, which is always present, and forms Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH). This process will encapsulate the moisture to create a permanent break in the capillaries of the concrete, stopping the passage of liquids and vapors through the concrete.

Application is suitable for surface like bricks, concrete, stone, blocks etc. ensure the surface should be clean, administer with required mechanical keys for proper bonding and importantly pre-wet. Application is user friendly similar to conventional method of plastering.
