சிகரம் / Sigaram

In 2014, a group of old schoolmates of PACM Higher Secondary School of Rajaplayam got reunited through a social media chat called WhatsApp. They are spread all around the world and the chat was round the clock discussing every topic under the sun. Within that social chat, there came a stronger feel that, as a group something should to done -to contribute back to the welfare of our society and our fellow citizens. Members of the group decided to set up a charity group and that's how 'Sigaram' formed.

Once 'Sigaram' formed, the members unanimously elected the Office Barer's, to look officially after its work and to coordinate various activities.

The Sigaram's first project was aimed to help socially deprived school children. Sigaram helped in providing the school uniform to the socially disadvantaged students and around 50 students were benefitted by this project. Since then, every year Sigaram is planning to contribute towards the social welfare, campaigning to protect the nature and promoting tree plantation.

Sigaram's works keep carrying on with the strong commitment and generous donation of it's members.
