AIM & OBJECTIVES OF YOGSTHALI

1.To promote the value of Yog in India and abroad.
2.To educate people with benefits of Yogic therapy benefits, beyond the common belief that Yog is for spiritual enlightenment only.
3.To open an ashram with all the facilities and run regular full time/ part time yog teacher training courses and to give free yog training to school students and financially backward youth and train them to become yog teachers and get job placements as yog teachers in India and abroad.
4.To continue to spread the ancient art of Yog, by ensuring graduates of the Centre with the highest standard who will pass this on to others.
5.To lobby to the Health Department of India to build world class Yog to treat patients suffering from various ailments which can be treated by the practice of Yog .
6.To continue the research on the Ancient Art of Yog to discover all the 8,400,000 Asanas in order to publish a comprehensive encyclopedia in Yogsanas.
7.Promote Yog education in schools, colleges and management institutes.
8.Conduct training in Indian traditions, ancient Indian culture and ancient Yog art.
9.Organise classical Yog workshops, seminars and symposiums around the world to promote pure and authentic Yog.
