Established in 1990, Vrindavan School is a co-educational Institution affiliated with the Indian Certificate of School Examination (New Delhi). The School is situated at a distance of 5 kilometres away from Kalimpong town, perched on the lap of the picturesque Himalayas and nestled at the foothills of the Deolo Hill. Vrindavan is spread over a vast expanse of land surrounded by natural forests, streams and beautiful gardens which complements the name, VRINDAVAN. The location and it’s surrounding healthy environment makes Vrindavan an ideal Institute to nurture young minds.

In today’s world, when information is available instantly at a click, it is necessary that each child receives not just education but proper nurturing, guidance to be able to make informed decisions and to be able to think critically and independently. For over 25 years, Vrindavan continues to provide the right balance of academic filled with extensive co-curricular activities to ensure an all round development of a child. Vrindavan School aims to contribute to the welfare of the Country by creating a cadre of sensitized and independent youth. The school has facilities for popular sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, table-tennis, badminton, throw ball, swimming, etc. Regular house tournaments and annual school events for elocution, quiz, debates, sports, cultural events, etc are held for students to understand the competitiveness in the world outside. These co-curricular activities also provide an opportunity for our students to interact with teachers and students from other Institutes; they also educate students on the importance of team-work and perseverance.

Apart from the above mentioned, the School also encourages students to join SUPW Clubs based on their personal interests, the clubs we offer are: Interact – Club, Music, Dancing, Singing, Violin, Literary, Eco Club, Pipe Band, Knitting, Gardening, for which students receive training from experts in each field and enjoy the learning process. Additionally, students may also join the Karate Club which has over the years won prestigious awards at the District level.

To impart hands-on knowledge on specific subjects, student excursions are planned in advance to sites that have historic, geographic, cultural and environmental importance. These short trips also expose students to various cultures and lifestyles that represent the diversity of our country.
