Voice Against Probation

This community is create for all newly recruited Rajasthan Government employees who want to get rid of Fix Payment system and to aware about the rights of employees. Why should we paid less even we work more during probation period. We are here to protest for decreasing the probation period and for increasing grade pay (as applicable).
Fix payment system is applied only in rajasthan, allegedly fix payment system is started by BJP Government in 2008 and in Vidhan Sabha election-2013 BJP manifesto it say to decrease probation period and now BJP is in CMO Jaipur.
Recently BJP has been leaked his 60 days work assignment in rajasthan but didn’t give place this matter to decreasing probation, so when they will take action on it, after Lok Sabha election?
Now we all have to make combined effort to get rid of this extortion ( fix payment ) on government employees before Lok Sabha Election. This Page is created to gather the mass supporters and physical action will be in action soon. This is a plea to all newly recruited Rajasthan Government employees of all districts to join this page, share and like as much as you can. All further actions of protesting against probation will be updated time to time. We need your support from all districts.
