Valram Sagar Associates (Partnership Firm) Developing Valram Sagar Residency affordable Flats, Office and Shops in low rise apartments at Dadrimora Village, Dungra, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat. The firm registered at Mumbai December 2013. This project is our 1st project but the Partners (Promoters) having good knowledge of Construction and Development. We are developing apartment’s wing wise. All apartments will be complete before 2027. Already as per our commitment we completed A and D Wing. (Started Dt:- 01.01.2015 Completed as on 15.05.2017 pending CC & OC will be receive before 31st August 2017 ) Started E wing which will completed before 30th July 2020.
Due to RERA we are stopped sailing Flats/Shop/Office and developing E Wing. We are sorry for the incontinence.
