---- AMALTAS -----

Amaltas is a stylish contemporary bungalow with three bed rooms, one verandah and one hall cum kitchen and a lovely terrace. Also, the basement has a dormitory that can occupy 12 persons. The bungalow and the dormitory can either be booked separately or combined.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROOMS AND FURNITURE:
1. Ground Floor:
a. One common hall with kitchen.
b. Large verandah.
c. One bedroom on ground floor with common bathroom. .
2. First Floor:
a. Two large bedrooms on the 1st floor with common toilet.

OTHER FACILITIES:
1. In addition to the 3 double beds in the bedrooms, four extra mattresses can be provided which can be moved to any room as per requirement. Thus, in all 10 persons can be accommodated.
2. Kitchen is provided with a gas stove for making tea, coffee and some breakfast. Basic stainless steel utensils and cutlery for cooking and serving are provided as also cups, saucers and glasses. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge.
3. The hall has a television which is equipped with cable connection.

LOCATION:
Amaltas is located in Mitha Estate which is along the Panchgani Mahableshwar road. It is at a two minute drive or ten minute walk from Velocity Entertainment while going towards Mahabaleshwar from Panchgani and at a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk from MAPRO while going towards Panchgani from Mahabaleshwar.

FOOD:
1. Food including breakfast, lunch and dinner will also be available if requested to the care taker at a cost.
2. Guests may visit MAPRO or Velocity Entertainment or Strawberry Inn for food. Strawberry Inn is at a 5 minute drive while going towards Panchgani.
3. BISLERI water will be available at a cost.


-- Bungalow No. 12 ----

Bungalow 12 at Mitha Estate, Panchgani is a quaint little cottage having three bed rooms, one verandah and one hall cum kitchen. The cottage has a small garden on the frontside with a hammock in it and covered parking for two cars.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROOMS AND FURNITURE:

1. Ground Floor:

a. One common hall with kitchen.

b. Small verandah at the entrance of the bungalow.

c. Two small bedrooms on ground floor with common Indian style toilet cum bathroom with gas

geyser. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds which can be joined if required.

2. First Floor:

a. One large master bedroom on the 1st floor with attached toilet including bath tub and gas

geyser. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed.

requirement. Thus, in all 10 persons can be accommodated.
