V2 Retail Limited is one of the fastest growing Retail Company in India. The company offers a portfolio of products, including apparel and non-apparel. The company sells ready made, apparels, household merchandise and other consumer goods like footwear, toys, games, handbags, cosmetics, home furnishing, décor product & sports items, . V2, which stands for ‘value and variety’ it sells good quality fashion garments at prices significantly lower than other clothing brands.V2 Retail has stores which are between 3500 and 25,000 sq ft in size. We have Twenty operational stores in the country, out of which four are in Delhi-NCR, two each in Himachal Pradesh & Odisha, three in Uttar Pradesh, six in Bihar and one each in Jharkhand, Karnataka & Assam. The Company believes in “Winners don’t do different things, they do things differently”. While Vishal Retail was serving the low-income segment in which consumption of fashion products is low, V2 will cater to the middleclass. V2 Retail offers fashion at affordable prices which suits every individual and household. The stores cater to the major chunk of our population and have more than 70,000 products which fulfills all household needs. The beneift derived from centralised procurement system in the form of reduced costs is passed down the value chain to the consumer.

Mr. Ram Chandra Agarwal, Promoter of the Company had set up his first Vishal Garments store in Kolkata in 1994. In 2001 he had moved to Delhi to launch Vishal Retail, taking it public in June 2007 to raise Rs. 110 crore. Vishal Retail was the first retail company in India which opened One hundred showrooms across India. The company is looking to open 20-30 V2 Retail stores by next financial year, which is expected to clock a combined turnover of Rs 50-60 Crores a month.

We have been successfully serving the Indian retail market for more than 25 years. In this journey, our group has created many firsts in the industry : 1st to cross 100 stores, 1st to implement SAP, 1st to create private lables in grocerry etc. Currently under V2 Retail limited, we are managing 2,30,000 Sq.ft. of retail space and soon we would be opening new retail stores. We firmly believe in fundamentals of value and variety to billions of retail consumer.
