Thoduvaanam foundation was started by a group of young first graduates guys and girls of SBM HR SEC school, on the wake of one discussion, we came to know that many rural Tamil medium first graduate candidates are struggling to get a decent job. therefore we(thoduvaanamfoundation) was created to help them. but thoduvaanam approach was multi-pronged strategy. thoduvaanam is committed to development of Indian villages by all means i.e, 1.conducting talent hunts for children there by recognizing their talents from child hood and nurture them to become a experts.2. providing educational counselling to the school students and showcasing various opportunities through audio-visual interactive communication there by stimulating their interests and to foresee their career imagination.3.bridging the gap between job market opportunities and rural college setup by providing free internet connection to those students. 4.creating awareness on education, current events, health, and motivation through videos. 5.providing free coaching videos in Tamil and English for all competitive examinations.6.providing supplementary education to parent less children.7. thoduvaanam also steps in to create awareness among women about safety. further thoduvaanam extends its arms to create a voluntary blood donation group.
