The Salad Bar, true to its name, offers more than 60 varieties of salads (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian). This serves as one destination that can introduce you to salads as wholesome meals, in both temperatures – warm and cold – paired with options of vegetable and fruit juices. The need simply rose from the desire to eat healthy and fuller meals, especially when fitness has become the core mantra for one and all. With the advent of organic farming and fresh local produce, The Salad Bar hopes to make salads more mainstream across homes and offices. Our offered salads are light, yet filling and pack the right proportions of nutrients recommended for a meal. Our salads are packed with balanced amounts of protiens , vitamins , anti oxidants , unsaturated fats , fibre& good carbs,minerals which keeps your body fit & healthy and promotes weight loss too.

The flagship outlet opened its doors on April 24, 2015 at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Embarked on this new beginning, Walnut Hospitality dares to dream big and soon spread its wings across cities.
