The Mentor's Gurukul

With ardent & conscious parenting style along with my wife who also is in education line for more than twenty-five years. I see that even our conscious approach made our daughter lose five years otherwise she today would have been a Post Graduate in a subject she wanted & was comfortable in.
This realization made me think if conscious parent can falter what about those who do not have time; those who have no ideas, who are way apart from their children's thinking & mental make up.
So dawned the 'Mentor's "GURUKUL" all along my Students Friends have looked up to me for that vital connect, help, guidance with confidence they have accepted me as their " True MENTOR" and connect with me in every day today aspects.
So I thought to expand this legacy for a larger benefit.
I have experienced that students have Degrees & capabilities however they are rejected at the doors of Commercial Competence also I have seen those who were rejected by masses they tried the simple formulas shared & discussed & today are well placed, Personally, Professionally as well as Socially.
Many misunderstood relationships between Parent & Children have improved, stabilized & found concrete grounds again.
Its time to share back with the society what it has given me.
