The Local Project Nepal

The Local Project Nepal is a hub for the stores producing and selling authentic local products. The store emulates the concept of empowering the local market and producers along with providing a diverse selection of authentic locally made products to our customers.

Our aim is not only to promote local producers but also have a manifold effect that benefits the associated native and indigenous workers and resources used. Encouraging the production and sales of 100% local made products is important to help the local market as well as some of the underprivileged producers achieve sustainable livelihoods. We also hope to aid the young entrepreneurs in their endeavors and serve as a stepping-stone towards their success.

The Local Project Nepal compiles an assortment of locally made products from various producers and local entrepreneurs. To further support this notion we will be hosting regular events that help showcase products to a wider audience.

We are located at Evoke Café and Bistro, Jhamsikhel. Apart from being a splendid eatery, the establishment perseveres to build communities centered on the ideology of friendship and creativity. We believe this to be the perfect environment to initiate this venture that intends to foster local productivity and empowerment.
