Our hearts lay in one direction – taking development to the grassroots in India. Our learning & empowering products, whether in the educational or the corporate space, have a simple belief, that true learning is possible only when it touches the core belief system of the individual.

We at L & E cafe, advocate an experiential learning methodology that focuses on developing values, behaviors, competencies & functional skills that will make an individual successful in today’s competitive world. Our programs are ‘Transformational’ grounding sessions, and completely experiential in nature. We blend in the appreciative inquiry process in our programs so that we are able to reach the core intrinsic belief system of our participants, thus, making the program’s learning a sustainable and applicable model.

On the students side we empower them in the area of knowledge, skills and right behavior with right mix of theory and practical, which will result into making them employable. For the corporate, we assist them by providing qualified human resources for their operation and expansion requirement. We also empower their existing staff with the latest updates and techniques in their respective work areas.
