Wake up to the call of a Jungle Fowl or the Bulbuls serenading another glorious day here at The Great Escape home stay. Nestled between the Shola Reserve Forest and the tea gardens, the Great Escape is a home away from home, with bison, barking deer and a myriad varieties of birds for neighbours.

Six Kms from Coonoor town on the Bharathnagar – Kotagiri Road and three Kms from the WGC, it’s an ideal and homely environment to de‐stress and detox. Idyllic and verdant environs, perfect for honeymooners, families and just about anyone wanting to escape from a fast paced city life for a weekend, a week or for as long as your heart desires.

The property has three very well appointed rooms, in addition to a fully equipped cottage with a private garden for guests who would like to stay longer or want to do their own cooking. We are pet friendly and pets are welcome to stay with their parents in the cottage.
