The FIT District

We are a community of Fitness enthusiasts driven to make people fitter through our professional and holistic approach. The Fit District offers variety of Fitness Programs- Licensed CrossFit, Lesmills Programs, Anti-Gravity Yoga, Freestyle Classes like Bollywood Aerobics,Zumba, Sports Fit, Yoga, TRX,etc) , Personal Coaching, Bouldering, Sports Conditioning & Physiotherapy. YOUTH TRAINING (under 16 years) is also going to be a main focus for TFD. All the above would be conducted by highly qualified and experienced coaches.
We are also happy to announce that we will be providing a kids play area to keep them productively occupied while their parents work towards their Fitness goals.Safety and Hygiene being one of our priorities.
