Technica is the annual national symposium of the Society for Metallurgical and Materials Engineering students of NIT Jamshedpur in association with Indian Institute of Metals (IIM), Jamshedpur Chapter.
Here, we are to witness the/ get spellbound/cherish the science of metallurgy and material world, nurture the upcoming engineer, acquaint the grown up with the professional aura, raise the adrenaline levels in the nail biting competitions and get immersed in the joy and excitement in the celebration of engineering sciences and development.
We provide the students nationwide a common platform to test their mettle and humble them with the advancement in this field through our various meticulous events such as paper conference, metallography experiments, matlab coding, industrial problem solving, quizzes and many others.
