This page Swachh Sitamarhi is meant to highlight and showcase the activities and events related to the mission Swachha Sitamarhi, Swastha Sitamarhi, Sundar Sitamarhi. Open Defecation Free (ODF) wards-villages-Panchayats-Blocks-District-International borders. The last one has been initiated due to collaboration with SSB (Seema Sashatra Bal) on making our Indo-Nepal borders ODF (Khule me Sauch Mukt) soon. This mission is a unique of its kind due to various reasons- unique and innovative IEC tools (Marpa ringtone, Sirauli folk song, Nanpur FM ad), rare combination of CLTS (Community Led Total Sanitation), WLTS (Women), SLTS (School) and YLTS (Youth). The mission goes further than mere making GP ODF by ensuring that these GPs get all the support and priority from district administration.
Ap ek kadam aage badhaye swachhta ki aur, hum chaar badhayenge ek sundar aur shantipurna sita maiyya ki janam bhumi sitamarhi ki aur!!!
