Svatantra was founded and is headed by Ananya Birla. Our aim is to encourage entrepreneurship where traditional banking systems cannot penetrate. We were honored to be the first microfinance institution to receive the Non-Banking Financial Company – Microfinance Institution (NBFC-MFI) license from the Reserve Bank of India. We leverage innovation and technological advancements to integrate, optimise and differentiate core business processes as well as to distinguish product lines and provide our clients with a truly one-stop solution. On this front, we are the only MFI in the country to have 100% cashless disbursements.
