Our yoga Instructor,Sunita comes with 14 years of experience in teaching yoga and her students have benefited tremendously under her guidance and training.
The Yoga & Aerobics programs are designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.
The Aerobics program is more of a dance workout that helps in shedding weight in a fun way. It can be taken up by any individual without necessarily having any experience in dancing.
The center conducts Pre Natal yoga for mothers who are expecting their baby and are looking to build strength and stamina and composure to welcome their bundle of joy into the world.
Mothers who have delivered recently can also benefit from the Yoga/Aerobics program. The meditation and stretching can help relax the mind and body and also helps to keep Post Partum Depression at bay. However, you need to have your doctors nod before taking up any kind of physical exercise post delivery.
