The “Stepping stone” is a concept by "Ricky Chadha’s Hospitality Training & placement Consultancy", under the supervision of professionals from the Industry and the Academicians from reputed college of Hotel Management.

The core objective of this concept is to extend an opportunity to the youth of our society, who wish to pursue a career in Hotel Management, but their economical conditions does not permit them to do so. As we are aware, today the cost to gain a degree or diploma in IHMCT would cost you a fortune.

We have therefore thought of a gateway for these youths who are aspirant to be a part of the hospitality Industry and are willing to start their career at the lowest rank as an intern.

The concept is to enroll students who have passed their 10th or 12th class or even Graduates with reasonable command over English and the local language. These students would be trained for 6 weeks for specific operational department, on a well designed Modules prepared for this program.

These students would be made to join a five star hotel as trainees for the period of four months to learn the basics of an operational department. During the training period the trainees would be provided with accommodation, meals and nominal stipend by the hotel.

After the completion of the above said period the students would be issued a experience certification from the Hotel. During this tenure, If you have proved to the management to be competent enough and have the ability and the right aptitude, the company may absorb you as an employee. If not, we would make arrangement to place you elsewhere and give you a start in another property where your experience would be sufficient enough for you to earn your living.

CERTIFICATION UNDER “STEPPING STONE”

1. Certificate in Food & Beverage Service.
2. Certificate in Front office operations.
3. Certificate in Hotel Housekeeping.

Duration : 6 months ( Two months theory + 4 months internship in a
five star rated hotel depending on your class performance)
Timings : Daily two hours of theory ( Mon to Friday).
Training fee : INR 5,000 (Five thousand only).
Registration : INR 500 (Five hundred only)
Uniform : INR 2000/-

Eligibility : S.S.C with minimum 40% marks. (H.S.C convent for front office course)
Or
Minimum one year experience in Hospitality Industry.

Or
Employer Sponsored Candidate.

All fees are payable in advance and must be paid before the commencement of the training program opted for, failing which the student shall not be enrolled.

The training certificate issued has no affiliation to any university or board. But, we assure you that the certificate shall hold good for your job placement and it would be accepted by all the reputed hotel Properties for your internship and later for your job placement.

It is to be borne in mind that since the program is of a short duration and the content of the program shall not cover all advance topics that are offered in a diploma or a degree. Hence, the students shall be offered job at the lowest rank from where they will have to climb their way up by sheer performance and hard work.
