Our main motive are:-

To create awareness about health, fitness, nutrition, physical and mental wellness.
To promote sportsmanship spirit so that the youth become competitive in fitness term so that they are confident enough to compete with rest of the world.
To keep away youth from consuming alcohol, drugs and tobacco, by conducting various fitness related session and events in schools, colleges and universities and making them realize how the consumption of alcohol and tobacco is hampering their health and fitness.
To motivate the youngsters in the field of being fit, so that they are willing to join and spend their time in gym, outdoor sports and various physical activities instead of spending time in pubs and useless and harmful activities.
As, we are aware that with the increasing number of population, the number of under privilege child are rising. This children doesn’t get proper nutrition and guidance to perform well in sports, games and other fitness activities. So, we would like to conduct free training and events in various children NGO,s and give them career counseling of fitness and sports and also help some selected children with free education and train them to be a fit athlete so that he/she can take part in various national and international games and events.
