Q1. Do the page admins know who sent the message?
A1. No. Not unless you tell us yourself.

Q2. I submitted my message in the website. Why can't i see it on the facebook page?
A2. Since the messages are manually copied from the forms to the facebook page, this may take some time if the admins are busy or offline. Rest assured your message will find its way on the facebook page eventually. Just be patient. And don't submit multiple times either. The form works perfectly even the first time :) .

Q4. I submitted my message long ago, but its still not been posted. Why?
A4. The admins verify the message for content and authenticty. Messages with abusive or embarassing content, or of dubious authenticity are deleted. If you believe your message contains none of this and still has not been posted, drop a message on the facebook page. We will look into it.

Q5. How do i ensure the message is viewed by the targeted person?
A5. Request someone to tag the person in the reply message. The
Admins will do it if the recipients happens to be in their friend list.

Q6. What if I want to reveal my identity?
A6. Just add your name at the end of the message.

Q7. Can I let the recipient know about me without anyone else
seeing it?
A7. For that, near the name, mention in brackes if the name is for public viewing or specific person.

Q8. What information are the admins privy to?
A8. The information filled in the form is accessible to only to
admins.

Q9. Who are the admins?
A9. The admins are a mix of current and ex St.Paul students

--Guidelines--
1. It is recommended (but not mandated) that you mention your name along with the message. This helps us inform the recipient if they ask for your identity. Your identity is safe with us.
2. Please post sensible and meaningful messages. Embarrassing or thoughtless messages may get rejected.
3. Messages with abusive content are deleted without a second glance. So don't waste your time.
