Welcome to Sujlaam Sufalaam(SS) - an unique experience of home stay with a difference - in natural & peaceful ambiance away from hum drum of busy city life , situated at Village Jainapur, Jaisingpur.

Make no mistake - It is not a hotel or a resort , but a home stay away from your home!

Spread over 3 acres of ancestral land duely fenced and 'gated', it is a recently built abode built by a practising designer as a 'touch, feel and explore' kind of experiment churned out of her own hands with natural materials and a simplistic attitude.

About the property:

The G+2 house is mounted on a stoney patch of land overlooking the eastern length of a barren stoney land- now being nurtured into fruit orchard, and a westerly length where amateur but strictly organic farming of Mung, Sugarcane and Tur daal can be seen.

The entire design & construction has been executed using natural materials, incorporating energy efficient and sustainable ideas. Further, we ensured that no construction debris was dumped - it was painstakingly recycled during the construction phase itself. The spaces have been naturally lit & ventilated - eliminating need of electricity guzzling air conditioners! The night lighting has been achieved entirely using Solar energy. Water heating is through solar water heaters - avoiding conventional electric heaters / geysers.

We have started developing our orchard with fruit trees like Mangoes, Custard apple, Tamarind & Jamun . Adjacent existing landscape coupled with our initiatives have already attracted bush chats, bulbuls and Peacocks.

Accommodation:

1 . luxuriously spaced double bed room of 350 sqft on the 1st floor with attached western toilet, pantry, two swings and two open to sky terraces.
2. Cozy bamboo claded double bed space for young minds with toilet & a partly roofed terrace!
3. Ground floor living /hall space of 38x 12 ft ably aided with peripheral wide covered veranda (adding another 500+sqft of covered space) gives you multi-activity opportunities. Partly enclosed but fully covered kitchen adjacent to veranda at ground level is provided with a dining space for 12 covers. Across the veranda, a set of bathroom and WC is suitably placed to service the ground floor hall.
