Srinivasa Kalyana

Srivari Foundation is a Non Profit Organization. The foundation trust is formed by the devotees of Lord Srinivasa to take Dharma Prachara on literary works rendered by Karnataka Haridasas on Lord Venkateshwara.

The primary objective of the foundation is to spread the message of Karnataka Haridasa Sahithya to all the sections of the society irrespective of caste and creed and evoke 100% devotion among devotees.

The group does not accept any contribution or gifts from the organizers. The expenses involved for performance of Sri Srinivasa Kalyana Mahothsavam are looked after by the organizers.

The group has so far performed 195 Kalyana Mahothsavams and 90% of these events were performed in the rural areas of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Maharastra. For instance, the event was performed at a remote - historic centre at Belagooru, Hosadurga Taluk, Chitradurga District. The Kalyanam was witnessed by a gathering of over 20,000 people from nearby villages. The second instance was at Hosakote on the Bangalore – Chittoor Highway where devotees of Lord Srinivasa numbered over 15,000.

The group is organizing Sri Srinivasa Kalyanam continuously for last seven years.
