With the Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi /Organisation Dhuri has a history of long since 1974 at Dhuri. Sai Bhajan was started in the Residence of Sh. Chander Parkash Bhatia at Dhuri. Many devotees were fortunate to attend this weekly bhajan on Thursdays.
Sh. C.P. Bhatia was the First Devotee & Convenor of the Organisation. Mr. Yash Pal Bansal (Jan Sewa Printing Press) is the succeeding convenor now a days. Mr. Bhatia & Mr. Rajiv Dhiman were the 2 succeeding convenors. Since 1974 Sh. C.P. Bhatia is doing his job as convenor in the service of mankind. As the Convenor of Dhuri Mr. Bhatia celebrated the birthday of Bhagawan Baba Since on the eve from 52nd Birthday. Mr. Bhatia continued a long 31 years as Convenor. During his tenure the Sai Organisation could achieve expansion in all the districts of Punjab. In 2005, Mr. Yash Pal Bansal took charge as the Convenor. The expansion of the Organisation reached its peak during this period. At present the Sai Organisation in Punjab has got the following wings :

Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation is a service Organisation with Spiritual core and base, founded by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba for the benefit of all Mankind, not having any discrimination or differentiation on the basis of Religion, Race, Nationality, Caste, Creed or Sect around the world. The Sri Sathya Sai Samithies/Centers comprise of members of different ethnic groups and different religions, all pursuing their respective religions and fulfilling the teachings of their religions, but joining together for the Service of Mankind with the conviction that Service to Man is Service to God.

The sole objective of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation is to enable human beings to discover their innate divinity within through Service & Spirituality and through realization that respects all other human beings as sparks of the Divine.
