Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute started its first hospital in 2004 in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi with a capacity of 400 beds in its Medical hospital and 100 beds in Cancer Hospital. Then Action Hospitals expanded to Hisar, Haryanan with 150 bed capacity.
