We started with an ambition of bridging the gap between gardening and easily available natural resources with Mel’s values to treasure and sustain the natural cycle of crop growth without using any chemicals.
In simple words, there’s a better way to harvest your own crops that works especially well for those living in urban areas (with enormous technology and no room to drive a tractor). It's known as square foot gardening.

Square foot gardening is a variation on what's known as the French Intensive or Bio-intensive method and Biodynamic method of farming. Mel Bartholomew helped popularize the "square foot" name for organic gardening.

It’s best because:

• Anytime of the year.
• Anywhere: on the farm, your terrace, balcony, patio or garden, table tops.
• Effortless method, any one from a child to an old person can do it.
• Organic and environment friendly.
• Don’t need to have any prior agriculture or gardening experience
• As a result, you never have to walk on your garden, which prevents the soil from becoming compacted which gives your plant more breathing space.
• Crop rotation and companion planting are to be encouraged.
• All climbing plants are trellised, further optimizing the use of space.
