Dr.Fish was the name given to Atul by the locals there because of his extensive knowledge about seafood. He knows exactly where to procure his seafood even in the Monsoons. Spice Goa serves over 150 Thalis a day, which consists of fresh fish, shellfish, fish curry and locally grown vegetables.
