SOUL (Society of Observance for Understanding and Learning)
The aims and objects to be pursued by the Society are – Literacy, Social Welfare, Professional Skill development, Training and placement, Charitable and Cultural Organization which is open to Citizens of India without any Distinction of Religion, Race, Caste, Sex, Language or any One of them and is purely Non Political and Non Communal.

a) To Spread Universal Elementary Education for the age group: 0-6 and 6-14 years.
b) To Provide Professional Skill literacy and also provide training on soft skill.
c) To open and published periodical, Resource Book, Study Book, Magazine, News bulletin, to conduct Awareness and Motivational campaign in favor of welfare of the Nation etc.
d) To provide training on BPO Management, Retail Management, Hospitality Management & also provide Placement.
e) To undertake and Re-construct Road, to plants, Shelters for shelter less, Pure & Safe Drinking Water Facilities, Rural Sanitation, Rural Development and other developmental works
f) To arrange Games & Sports, Physical Exercises, Motivational Program, Seminar, Exhibition etc.
g) To present composite Cultural Program for Social Development on Scientific Basis by using Traditional Musical Instrument, Local Folk, Prevent Environment Pollution, Socio Forestry etc.
h) To open Academic School, Vocational Training, EDP for Employment Generation etc.
i) Promotion and Regenerate of Craft Activities & Market Linkages, Formation and Promotion of SHG, Women Empowerment etc.
j) To identify the needs of skill development in the Sector including taking steps to prepare catalogue of types of skills, range and depth of skills to facilitate choice to individuals.
k) To confer certificates on completion of course for employment Generation trade activities and to assist for employment Generation. To provide assistance for promoting Entrepreneurship Development to the eligible person as per requirement etc.
l) To identify the needs of skill development in the Sector including taking steps to prepare catalogue of types of skills, range and depth of skills to facilitate choice to individuals.
m) To develop a skill development plan for the Sector and maintain skill inventory.
n) To determine skills/competency standards and qualifications in consonance with the Sector norms.
o) To plan and execute “Training of Trainers” for Sector skill development.
p) To promote academies of excellence.
q) To establish, run and maintain school and college, with a view to promoting modern & scientific education for boys and girls irrespective of cast and communities.
r) To establish & run hostel with a view to providing educational facilities to the students belonging remote places.
s) To establish & run coaching centre with a view to promoting competitive skill among the students belonging to the backward communities.
t) To establish & run education & research centre, library & study centre with a view to developing & global studies.
u) To organize educational tours, seminars & symposiums with a view to encouraging value based social life, development of education & different aspect of social science.
v) To establish & run skill training centre with a view to promoting skill development.
