The name of trust is “Social Integrity Charitable Trust”. Its office is at present situated at House Number 418, laddhawala north, Behind civil Hospital, Adjacent Kapoor Engineering Factory. Its founder is Er. Nadeem Saifi s/o Salim Ahmad. This trust is completely dedicated to doing social, educational, charitable and nation building and supporting works in which trust includes deserving people.

Aims and Objectives of Trust
To dedicate all our effort for the progress & development of deserving, downtrodden and poor.
To enhance education for all mainly including deserving people by establishing institution & drives for coaching programs for engineering (IIT, NITs), Medical (AIIMS, PMTs) and for other reputed courses. We will provide theses services by assisting them in their fee, books, accommodation facilities etc.
To conduct the awareness program for the students for higher education like in IITs, IIMs, AIIMS, NITs and other reputed central universities and institution. We will provide them guidance about admission and studies in these centers of excellence.
To support deserving, downtrodden and poor students in the preparation of Civil Services and other reputed exams.
To aware and support the wards for scholarship programs and admission in foreign universities (In United States and other center of excellence throughout the world).
To found the sports academy, centers and program for health enhancement so that people become healthy and integrity of society is maintained.
To support and maintain Indian culture and heritage by awareness and conduct cultural programs.
The foundation and establishment of art enhancement center by converting them in education like Jeweler Designing and fashion designing etc so that people get more chances of learning new things and employment.
To conduct health camps.
To conduct green plantation to keep environment clean and healthy.
To purchase & sale properties and establishing the sources of income so that trust can get financial support.

Name and Address of Trustees
There are seven trustees. Nadeem Saifi is the founder and Secretary of this trust. These all are life time trustees. Founder Secretary can nominate five trustees for two years but they are not eligible for the voting. Founder Secretary Nadeem Saifi has right to alienate any trustee. Consent of Nadeem Saifi is mandatory in case of new trustee’s nomination. The manual description is tabled below.

Sources of Income
The expanses of Trust is expected to be covered and fulfilled from donation from kind hearted peoples, from governmental & non governmental resources, self serving organization.
Also from Package of Member of Parliament, Member of legislative Assembly, Member of legislative Council and other Governmental non governmental personalities, institution, organizations etc.
Rules and regulations of trust

2. Membership/ Types of Trustees Lifetime Member : One who donate trust Rs. 1000.
General Member: One who donate Rs. 100 per annum.
3. Expiry of Membership Membership of Trustees/Members will expire in the following conditions
On Death (Any Reason).
Bankrupted.
Going to madness.
On the hard punishment (considerable imprisonment) by Civil Court of India.
Non Payment of Membership fee.
On resign by himself.
4 Financial Year The Financial Year of Trust will end on every 31st March.

1. Trust Board
The Trust board will be formed after inclusion of all trustees.
Duties and rights of Board of Trust To elect Managing Committee
To pass the annual budget and approve the future budget.
To make changes in the rules of Trusts by 2/3 majority.
To give instructions to managing committee for the works of trusts.
To fill up the vacant designation in managing committee by trustees approval.
To give instruction to managing committee for appointment, elimination, vacant the employs.
To do all other works those are in favor of trust and country.
Meetings of trustees Meeting will be held quarterly in a year. It may be called specially after being informed two days before meeting day.


2. Managing Committee
Managing Committee will be announced by Trust Board. There will be four meeting of managing committee per year. Respective members will be informed personally ten days and 2 days before general and specific meetings.
Rights and duties of managing Committee:
1. To manage affair of trust.
2. To sale purchase the property and taking other proper action for financial benefits of trust.
3. To present the budget in front of trust board for pass it and to propose upcoming budget.
4. To other favorable tasks for trust.
Rights and Duties of Trustees
1. President
a. To attend the meeting as a head of meeting.
b. To regulate the notice of each meeting.
c. To carry five thousand rupees amount for expenses of trust.

2. Founder secretary
a. Manage & execute the function of trust (all).
b. To execute all judiciary affairs by himself or appointed one.
c. To sale- purchase the property for trust.
d. To mark signature on all vouchers of income or expenses.
e. To carry an amount of fifteen thousand rupees.
f. To release the slip for membership.
g. To do the welfare works for trust as according to time for the benefits of trust.
3. Finance Officer
a. To write cash book, to carry safely the vouchers.

Coram
The Coram of trust will be 2/3 of total members.
Modification
The rules of trust can be modified by consent of 2/3 members.
Judiciary Affairs
To execute all judiciary affairs by him or by appointed one.
Source of income

Funds of trust
Account of trust will be opened in a National bank, Co Operated banks, Post office, private limited Bank etc in the name of Trust and will be controlled and regulated by the sign of founder Secretary.

Working Register, Agenda Register, Membership Register, Cashbook, Slip book and Other necessary documents.
Decomposition of Trust
Decomposition of trust will be done on decision of trust under Trust Act of India.
Property of Trust
The trust has ten thousand rupees amount presently. The stamp fee is being paid on the basis of that money. Trust does not have any other property at present.
