He is a renowned Cinematographer and Art Director who was awarded the Best Art Director Film Award by the Kerala State Government in 1982 for the internationally acclaimed film ‘Kodiyettam’ directed by Mr.Adoor Gopalakrishnan.

Today, ‘Sivan and Sons Photography’ is run by Vinod Sivan (Ani), Mr.N.Sivan’s talented son. Few photographers can be as lucky being born to and mentored by a renowned father. Years of experience under the master photographer and a gifted eye for capturing the glorious moments have made him a maestro in the fine art of photography.
