Silver Lines Academy

Launched in 2012 our Development Association for the Disabled started a school named Silver Lines Academy under its society. The school is a non-profit educational and all-round development organization dedicated to bring lasting improvement to the marginalised section of our society – the differently abled children

In the first year, twenty-four (24) special children got enrolled in the school, out of which 18 children were attending school for the first time in their life.

We have established our centre of excellence that cares for differently abled Children with the objective to impart a holistic curriculum that enables children with special needs to learn in an organised environment that will empower them to excel in our society.

Our Mission is to teach skills and develop human values that will help the children to achieve the best in their life and to develop every child according to his/her abilities. This will enable them to be confident about themselves and teach them that they can do anything and nothing is impossible.

While teaching we provide the children with an environment where they receive genuine love and care that makes the children feel home away from home.

Our Centre aims to develop each and every child to its fullest potential, to let them participate in every field and to allow these marginalized children to actively start participating in our society.
