Shrimi's Bakezone

Cakes, baking, and trying and experimenting with recipies and techniques have always been my passion and inclination. I am a standards and process consultant by profession, always been a multitasker and always need something more...something new to keep myself active and happy. Recently actively revived my hobby, tried new recipes of cakes which grabbed the attention and appreciation of friends and family. A few of my friends and colleagues then pushed me to bake on order, and even for taking baking classes. So me and my spouse thought of taking this hobby to the next level...that is how "Shrimi's Bakezone" came into existence.

I started as an amateur baker...have had my share of trials and failures...did take up a few workshops on techniques to learn the new trends. Still there are quite a lot of things I would love to learn. There's no end to learning here because every day something new is to be stumbled upon, and I am always eager to master those new trends...

I just love the aroma...I like to mix and match flavours and love the creative freedom that baking gives me. Baking is a stress buster for me. Its the pure joy of creation - to see the simplest and the most basic of ingredients going to the oven and coming out as the most gorgeous pieces of edible art.

I am a happy go lucky kinda person so just want to spread some more happiness through "Shrimi's Bakezone". Will be sharing new recipes, few tips, cool pics and videos, and lots more. So always stay tuned...
