These plants find extensive application for refining of oil, solvent extraction, bio-diesel processing, hydrogen gas generation plants, caffeine extraction plant, oil mill plant, oil refining plant and more. Turnkey Solutions
We offer turnkey solutions that integrate full services including engineering, manufacturing, testing, packaging, installation and start up of the plant. Quality Control
Quality is the key driver of success at SYFC. We have been awarded with CRISIL CERTIFICATE certification for following a well defined quality management system. A three stage quality control module is adopted which includes stringent check on incoming raw material, in-process control and final testing. Prior to the shipping, we also conduct thorough inspection of the plants to ensure that they comply with client's specifications.

Inspection:
Our Company has an in-house laboratory equipped with comprehensive testing facilities including:
• All types of measuring instruments, inspection gauges and special purpose gauges
• Hydraulic test pump for pressure testing up to 200 kgs/cm2
• DP testing for welds joints
Infrastructure
We have well established infrastructure characterized by advanced machines, experienced workforce and amiable working environment. The in-house design unit is equipped with the latest 2D/3D software’s for developing models specific to the clients need. We have 2 manufacturing Units at Indore India. Our manufacturing unit is backed by latest machines that can manufacture products with precision. All the operations are supervised by highly experienced engineers, who are committed to deliver zero defect system. As a part of our corporate social responsibility, we have developed a green belt around the factory to conserve the environment.


About Leader
We have guidance from our founder Mr. V.K. Singh he is graduates having 25year of relevant experience in the field of Solvent & refinery industry. He has covered the all aspects of management like manufacturing, marketing, finance industrial relation & overall responsibility of management of the organisation.
He is very young & dynamic person, guided us for designing, Execution and commissioning of Edible oil plant, oil mills solvent extraction plant, Refinery, fractionation plant etc & production of equipments process planning all the documentation for quality control etc.
