Shah Wajihuddin Alvi Gujarati

Located in the Bustling Khanpur locality of Ahmadabad city of Gujarat is the Tomb of Hazrat Shah Wajihuddin Alvi.

According to the Khadims , Mureeds or the Followers of the Sufi Saint. The Holy Saint has his origin to the city of Hadr Maut in Yemen but His beautiful mausoleum was built by one of his follower, Nawab Murtuza Khan in Khanpura, Ahmedabad.

The Holy Saint is said to be one of the leading Scholars of the time in India and his name and fame was spread as far as Baghdad

In vicinity of this shrine there is small water well around 2 feet deep. This well water is gushing out for generations from unknown source. Followers have faith that this water has miraculous properties blessed by Haider Ali Saani and is used by them as spiritual Blessings.
