Sant Atulanand Residential Academy

Dr. Raj Singh, Former - Head of Chemistry Department in Udai Pratap Autonomous College, Varanasi, U.P., has established a society named Swami Atulanand Rachana Parishad, to fulfill the social desire and beneath the brainwave of his spiritual guide “Late Swami Atulanand Ji Maharaj” (Mahamandleshwar Govind Muth Trust, Elice Bridge, Ahemdabad) in the Year-1979. Under the supervision of this society he started an English medium co-educational school in an old Muth building and named it Sant Atulanand Convent School in the Year-1980. The institution which is envisaged to ‘Serve the Humanity’ by providing patriot and cultured citizens and providing education with value for the country and the world, is a natural upshot of what the trust has been doing till now, since the date of its inception. The school was recognized by C.B.S.E. in 1986.

Keeping in view the rising demand and lack of space in Gilat Bazar branch the management decided to start another institution and named it Sant Atulanand Residential Academy in the year 2000 for residential as well as day scholars which is just 3.5 Kms. away from this branch in Village - Holapur on the Varanasi-Lucknow highway. The residential branch is situated in a captivating, pollution free, lush green & peaceful environment of village with facilities of town and the campus area of about 10 Acres.

On many occasions, the school has been obliged by the dignified presence of Former Prime Ministers of India - Late Chandrashekhar Ji, Late Vishwanath Pratap Singh Ji, Shree Indra Kumar Gujral, and some other dignitaries like Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi (M.P. & Former Minister of Human Resource & Development, Govt. of India), Shri Ashok Singhal ji (National President VHP), Dr. Kalraj Mishra (M.P.), Dr. Veer Bhadra Mishra (Professor IT, BHU & Renowned Environmentalist) , Dr. Durg Singh Chauhan (Former Professor IT B.H.U. & V.C. U.P.T.U.), Dr. Raj Nath Singh ji (M.P. & Former President B.J.P.), Dr. Krishna Gopal Ji (Chetriya Pracharak, NE, R.S.S.) are also few of them.
The number of students in the school at present stands at about 5000 in both the branches and a teaching staff and other helping hands are about 250.

The school management along with its dutiful, dedicated and qualified workforce is tenaciously making endeavor to bring into being good populace for the country and the world. Its focus is to erect up the learners in such a way that they should be well attentive of the expansions in the field of arts, science & technology along with our rich culture and social traditions, to become a complete human being. Its emphasis is to create self-belief and good moral fiber among the students so that they may be able to face the intricacies of life with no dilemma
