Founded in 2004 by Pravash Golay Tamang, The Sadhana Kala Kendra is a professional performance company, music college and Indian institution that promotes the traditional practice of Indian/Nepali folk music/Dance. We offer innovative lessons in classical repertoire, technique, theory, history and culture that help students develop their musicality, gain advanced training and come to greater self-awareness.
