Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Methods:
We strive to offer you fast & reliable delivery services by using the best courier services in the market. Your order will be delivered within 2-7 days of being dispatched.
Please note that as we do not have our own courier services, we depend on third party couriers. So it is possible that there may be slight delays in the delivery due to unavoidable circumstances.
You will be provided with the tracking details once the order is dispatched.

We only ship within India at the moment.


Dispatch time:
It takes 2-5 business days for us to dispatch your order after performing the quality checks.


Delivery Charges:
Shipping is free within India.

COD is not available.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. We would accept a return or exchange of product in unused condition only in below cases:
-- The item delivered was damaged
-- The item delivered was not as described at the time of purchase

You have to inform us by emailing the images of product received within 24 hours of receiving it. We will review your email & once we confirm, you have to follow below
procedure for returning the product:
-- Pack the material in appropriate packaging
-- Mention our address on the parcel & ship it through a reliable courier.
-- Provide courier tracking slip within 3 days of receiving our confirmation email about the return procedure.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item during transit. If item is lost or damaged in transit, it would result to non refund/exchange of the amount.

Once your parcel is received, we will review the product & if approved then we will refund the amount within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
You can also opt for exchange of the same product or any product equivalent to or less than the amount of product returned (subject to availability).


Cancellations:
If an item is cancelled prior to shipment, refund of the same would be made in the mode similar to payment done.
However, if the request for order cancellation is placed after it has been shipped, we reserve the right for the approval of the cancellation.
