Mr. Kapoor has a vast experience in hotel and restaurant industry. He did his BA(Hons.) in Culinary Arts from Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad. He has worked with best of the industry, like TAJ Hotels, ITC, etc.

After seeing a lack of good and sophisticated cafe and bakery point in Jammu, he left all the good jobs aside and came back to Jammu with a vision to have the best cafe and restaurant in town and to provide people with the best taste around. With this thought here it is, Roast'n Toast.
