North Country Mall Project Overview
The North Country Mall is being developed by Gumberg India, the India venture of U.S.-based shopping centre developer J.J. Gumberg Co., one of the largest privately held real estate development firms in the country. The project is also backed by the SUN-Apollo real estate fund, a $630 million fund which was the largest real-estate focused private equity fund in India at the time of its announcement.

The flagship project of Gumberg India, the North Country Mall will be an anchor-led, western-style regional retail destination, featuring:

Construction of North Country Mall commenced in July 2010, and is scheduled to open in the winter of 2013-2014.
