PLANET 10 THE FITNESS STUDIO is a new gym and fitness center opened on the 1st of January . We will facilitate Men and women all age groups over 16 years of at all fitness levels.
Our team will welcome all members with a fitness test and specific program tailored to suit everyone's individual needs. weight loss, fat burning, increase fitness, muscle tone, body build etc.
All members will be monitored and programs reviewed.

We will run various group classes including
- Spinning
- Kettle bells
- Suspension training (TRX)
- Boot camps
- Circuit Training
- Box fit
- Boxing
we will also offer Personal training or a buddy system(2 people at a time), Nutritional advice.
