After completing his formal training in bakery and confectionery, Chef Javed honed his skills with stints at ITC Grand Maratha Sheraton, JW Marriott Mumbai, Oberoi Hotels, Mumbai and Novotel Mumbai where he was Executive Pastry Chef. Between these stints, he has also travelled across the globe to culinary hotspots like France, Belgium, Switzerland and Singapore to acquaint himself with the latest food trends including molecular gastronomy. He has also been the proud recipient of various culinary awards and represented India at the World Asia Pastry Cup 2012 in Singapore.
