Patna Convent

The Patna Convent is an English medium co-educational school affiliated to C.B.S.E, Delhi up to Secondary level (10 +2 under the plan) established in the year 2002 at the holy land of Patliputra at Shivaji Chowk R.K. Nagar, Kankarbagh,Patan-27 running under the guidance of a Society namely ‘Sheela Swayam Sevi Sanstha’ registered under Society Registration Act 21,1860 fully Controlled by a School Managing Committee enriched with scholar personalities,educationists , intellectuals and social activists.
The chairman and founder of the school believes in, “the Soul of India inhabits in the villages (here semi township region)” with motto ‘Glowing bright by spreading Light of education’ Our vision is, to create a class of intellectually, morally and spiritually sound and committed citizens who will become a human resource of high calibre to cater the needs of the society and the country as whole in accordance with ‘Service with Renunciation’ and re-creation of the society. The Director(Arun Kumar) of the school is himself a scholar teacher and tirelessly hard labouring personality under whose direction the school is trying to achieve the best. The multistoreyed school enriched with all required modern amenities as ICR(Smart) classes, Audio-visual lab, well equipped Information Technology lab (Computer lab) and Electronic library, Science & Technology lab, ‘ Abhivyakti’ for cultural enhancement, ‘sports club’ for making the students physically fit and to face the challenges at global level ‘Unique Spectral House wise Assembly system’, is trying to make the students competitive at global level and for alround development of their personality.
To aware the children towards environment several (eco-friendly programmes) as ‘Make in Patna Clean Abhiyan’ accompanying ‘Clean India Green India’ have been launched by the school. ‘Health camp ‘is also organized time to time as the social responsibility and aware the youngs about the health & hygiene. The school is availing education to the unprivileged section of society under the scheme ‘Education to the Cottage’ supporting RTE.
We have firmly implemented CCE in all classes and we are also trying to avail the transport facility at all possible routes even to the remote areas.
