The kitchen offers a wide range of culinary experience ranging from Continental to traditional ‘Marwari’ fare.

Jodhpur, situated on cross roads of ancient trade route from Central Asia to Bharuch on the Arabian sea, is a marvel of medieval grandeur. The old quarters of the city retain their glorious charam overflowing with traditional ‘Marwari’ hospitality.

The ‘Caffe’ is piece-du-resistance of Nirvana, it is set-up against the most beautiful wall paintings depicting the great Indian epic, ‘The Ramayana’. The paintings even after 150 years of existence retain their vivid colours and unmistakable style of Jodhpur school.
