She has headed the Design studios of the leading Export Houses of India and created unique collections for International market for over three decades.She has widely traveled and gained deep insight of various art forms.

She takes great pains to be with the crafts women,supporting their cause,training them and designing products so as to bring their craft to the main stream and make it commercially viable.

Her endeavor sustains traditional art forms and generates livelihood for the Lambani artisans through this NGO.
