PROCEDURE TO PLACE ORDER WITH US

1. HOW TO FIND AVAILABLE PIECE?
Go to our Facebook page “MY BOUTIQUE” – Check in our albums – You can find albums with status as AVAILABLE or SOLD. Kindly like our page to receive the notifications about new releases and updates.
2. HOW TO ORDER?
Now its easy to refill your wardrobe - 'WE SHIP ANY WHERE IN INDIA'. Send us a confirmation mail to myboutiquemail@yahoo.com or Inbox in Facebook mentioning the code of the product or just leave a comment on the respective photo of the attire which you want to buy.
3. HOW TO BLOCK A PIECE?
Let us know the piece which you would like to buy and send a confirmation mentioning the code. We'll block the piece for you.
4. HOW LONG CAN YOU BLOCK A PIECE?
Please make payment within 2 days from the date of blocking. After 48 hours of blocking, we'll unblock the piece you have booked and make it available for other customers. You can re book the same piece in case it is available with us. We serve our customers on " FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS".
5. HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?
We will give our bank details and you have to do a net transfer or cash deposit. After that we'll courier to your shipping address and the product will reach you within 5 –7 working days according to the address you provide us.
6. CAN YOU VISIT OUR BOUTIQUE?
YES!
“MY BOUTIQUE” is a Home-Based Direct as well as an Online Boutique. Though we don’t run a store; you can visit us on weekends from 11AM till 7PM and Weekdays on prior intimation. Our boutique adds a personal touch to your shopping experience, by opening our HOME-BOUTIQUE for you to shop - a friendly approach. You can just walk-in and carry home our collection hazzle free. When you shop with us at the comfort of our home, you’ll know for sure it is more than just another boutique!
8. HOW CAN YOU KNOW THE STATUS OF YOUR PAID ORDER?
We'll send you a mail or SMS along with the Reference Number for tracking your parcel.
9. IS EXCHANGE/REFUND POSSIBLE?
YES, Defects should be intimated within 24 hours of receiving the material, for manufacturing defects we do provide you with exchange / refund. In transit damages can’t be claimed.
10. DO WE GUARANTEE ON COLOR, QUALITY AND FABRIC?
Kindly note that the colour of the actual material and the colour of the material in the photo displayed may slightly vary due to lighting variations. However we promise that we send you the exact product with same quality and designs displayed in the albums given. We dont guarantee colors, instead we advice our customers to wash any material; except georgette, separately. First wash must always be shampoo wash or mild soap wash and please don't soak in detergent for long hours, which might cause damage to your dress and also colour.
