The BSKT in its aims and objectives had also set the goal of setting up a Vocational/Technical Training Institute of high standards, with maximum state of the art and innovative trades, that could play a prominent role in the socio-economic renaissance of the backward Pathiripala area. The BSKT had to take a lot of strain for setting up Mount Seena ITI. By the grace of the God, the Mount Seena ITI might be one among the few institutions that could get sanction and start NINE trades at a stretch in the initial stage itself. (The Mount Seena ITI has been accorded permanent affiliation by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India as per order DGET- 6/11/36/2008 – TC (N/P) dated 26/9/2008.) With this, the dream of BSKT to uplift financially the people of Palakkad, the most backward district of Kerala, by making quality and state of the art technical education within their reach has been fulfilled. The people in and around Pathiripala, now can give vocational education to their wards in the trades they prefer and find out suitable placements for them in the lucrative job market. BSKT started Mount Seena College of Arts & Science (Affiliated to University of Calicut) from June 2010 Which added another feature golden crown of Mount Seena group of Institutions.
