The founder of Monkey Workouts Sneha Ghadigaonkar, is a graduate and has done her masters in Human Resources. After five years in the corporate industry, she decided to pursue her passion for fitness as her profession. Since then, she has done her training in Zumba, Functional Strength, Belly Dance (Level 1), Pilates and Yoga. Now, she is a Fitness Instructor and Operational Head in the Dance & Fitness Industry for almost six years.

Monkey Workouts is a fast-paced, stress busting, no-equipment fitness regime using different forms of dance. Monkey Workouts stands apart because of not just the varied workout styles but its vision to help you stay physically fit and contribute to making you a more optimistic person. It is a daily dose of required physical exercise which elevates your mood. We are here to achieve maximum results by ensuring each workout targets specific parts of your body in order to help you strengthen and tone your core, abs, chest, back, arms, and legs, increase your stamina and flexibility and melt any excess fat.
