Mineority is a fun and young concept for the miners, their loved ones and the mine-owners. It's where the miners break out in the evening after a hard day's work and bring their loved one.
Being very influenced by the mining districts of India, most mines fall in Bihar, UP, Orissa, Goa, North East and parts of South India. As a cuisine we take inspiration of the tribal and local cuisines of these states, nothing commercial and traditional.
To tap into the mining regions of the world, we have also included most countries that have dotted the international mining map. These countries play a very important role in the mining economy. Hence we also have dishes from Australia, Africa and South Africa, Latin America and parts of Europe to complete a full roundup of the mining areas of the world.
The cuisine promises great taste and flavour keeping the basics very strong.
