Merlin Group, headquartered in Kolkata, has a well-acknowledged presence in the state of Gujarat since last five years. In such a short span, when most would be getting acquainted with locale, we have already constructed fully-inhabited 4.5 lakh sq.ft. area, with 15 lakh sq.ft. of on- going construction.

In addition to being Merlin Group, headquartered in Kolkata is one of the pioneers in providing luxury living spaces in Ahmedabad, Merlin caters to mid segment as well as affordable housing needs. Our long term mission is to match the ever-evolving tastes across varying customer segments.

Merlin began its journey in Ahmedabad with Merlin Villa, luxurious apartments in an upscale locale and quietly built its way into becoming one of the preferred developers of the city and ever since have never looked back. All our projects mark a wonderful interplay of space and bricks.

We have tenaciously established a strong foothold in Ahmedabad and plan to expand to other areas of Gujarat. Garden Villa, based in Kadi, North Gujarat, marks the beginning of our foray outside Ahmedabad.
